The successful maintenance engineer will get the chance to work in a high calibre maintenance team with skilled mechanical and electrical engineers. Additionally, the successful maintenance engineer will be given tailored training to improve any areas of their mechanical or electrical skillset. Skills acquired to be a Maintenance Engineer: The successful maintenance engineer must be multi skilled with an Electrical or Mechanical biasThe succesful maintenance engineer will need to be from a factory high speed manufacturing background.
