The Role Working within a fast-paced FMCG environment, you ll be responsible for a balanced mix of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance, ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.Key responsibilities will include: Carrying out pre-planned maintenance on a range of automated manufacturing equipment Responding to breakdowns and fault-finding in a time-critical environment Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives Working closely with production teams to maintain output and quality standards This role operates on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (Days Only), offering an excellent work life balance.
