You will coordinate planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of automated systems, conveyors and material handling equipment. You will be responsible for allocating engineering workloads, supporting engineers with complex breakdowns, managing maintenance schedules and ensuring that all engineering activity is accurately recorded through the Maximo CMMS system . You will play a key role in driving engineering standards, reducing downtime and ensuring planned maintenance is completed effectively. The Maintenance Team Leader will remain hands-on when required, supporting the engineering team with electrical and mechanical fault finding while also managing day-to-day engineering priorities.
