Carry out a wide range of planned and reactive fabric maintenance tasks (e.g., carpentry, basic plumbing, painting and decorating, patch plastering, tiling, etc.).Support MandE engineers where required and assist with general building maintenance.Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, complying with health and safety regulations.Maintain clear and accurate documentation of work carried out.Respond to client queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.What We''re Looking For

Proven experience in a multi-trade, maintenance or fabric engineer role.Strong skills in general building trades (e.g., carpentry, joinery, decorating, etc.).A proactive approach and ability to work independently or as part of a team.Full UK driving licence (van and fuel card is provided).NVQ/City and Guilds qualifications are desirable but not ..... full job details .....
