Maintenance Engineer - Nights

Coventry 50,000 - 60,000 + bonus and benefits Overview Our client, a well-established manufacturer operating across multiple UK sites, is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join their Maintenance Engineering team. The role will be based at their Coventry site and is on a 3 on 3 off 6pm to 6am basis. This is a hands-on, technically varied role supporting production equipment across the site operation and would be a great fit for an experienced multi-skilled engineer with an electrical bias. Reporting to the Engineering Manager and working closely with the Site Operations and Quality teams, you will ultimately be tasked with ensuring that production is running safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Ensuring the safe, efficient operation of production equipment much of which is automated new machinery including conveyor systems and other high speed lines. Carry out both PPM and reactive maintenance in line with schedules and breakdowns. Fault finding and other forms of diagnoses to identify root cause of issues and deal with them quickly and efficiently. Interpreting layout designs and electrical drawings accurately. Play a key role in new installations and continuous improvement initiatives. Identifying and implementing practical improvements to processes and equipment Training site technicians and maintenance managers on new or modified equipment Supporting projects and maintenance across all UK sites, with occasional travel and overnight stays Working ..... full job details .....
