Maintenance Engineer

Job Description MPA Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of an established pharmaceutical manufacturer for a Maintenance Engineer. You will maintain production equipment and site facilities, diagnose faults and carry out repairs to keep operations running safely and efficiently. What Is On Offer? Competitive salary Monday to Friday, 7.45am to 4.15pm 40 hours per week Discretionary bonus scheme Onsite parking What You Will Be Doing Completing planned preventative maintenance on plant, equipment and site systems Diagnosing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults and carrying out breakdown repairs Sourcing replacement parts and liaising with equipment suppliers and service providers Supporting the commissioning and decommissioning of plant and equipment Carrying out scheduled instrument calibrations and supporting control systems and process validation Supporting maintenance shutdowns, supervising external contractors and coordinating permits and risk assessments Reviewing engineering procedures, completing site audits and maintaining health and safety standards Providing rostered on call and emergency cover when required What We Are Looking For Essential Criteria A recognised engineering apprenticeship and/or HNC, HND, Level 3 NVQ or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Manufacturing, Maintenance Engineering or a closely related discipline Experience within a multidisciplinary engineering or maintenance environment ..... full job details .....
