Play a key role in maintaining the reliability and performance of production equipment.You will be responsible for both reactive and preventative maintenance, responding to breakdowns, completing PPMs and carrying out electrical and mechanical fault finding to minimise downtime and keep production running efficiently.Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across production equipment. Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults. Complete PPMs and identify potential issues before they lead to breakdowns. Maintain accurate maintenance records and provide effective shift handovers. Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with HandS, GMP and food safety standards. Confident working on CMMS. Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives to improve equipment reliability and efficiency. Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to resolve issues and improve site performance.As the Successful Candidate A recognised engineering qualification such as NVQ Level 3, City and Guilds, BTEC, HNC/HND or an apprenticeship.
