The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of Refrigeration production equipment within the FMCG industry. Based in Bradford, this permanent role requires a hands-on approach and a focus on maintaining high standards of operational efficiency.Client DetailsThis opportunity is working for a poultry processing business that focuses on delivering high-quality products to its customers.DescriptionDuties will include however not be limited to; Performing routine maintenance and repairs on production machinery - blast freezers and air conditioning maintenanceCarrying out reactive and planned refrigeration maintenanceDiagnosing faults and identifying non repairable issuesEnsuring compliance with health and safety standards during all maintenance activities.Collaborating with the production team to schedule and prioritise maintenance tasks.Recommending replacements and repair solutions where requiredMaintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.Ensuring all equipment is operating safely and efficientlyProfileThe successful candidate will have;Previous experience in refrigeration maintenanceStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skillsAbility to work on your own initiative as well as part of a teamGood teamwork and communication skillsF-Gas certification - desirableJob OfferWorking hours are Monday to Friday - 6am - 5pmAnnual salary ranging from 50,000 to 60,000Access to a free canteen on-site.Free ..... full job details .....
