Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Role We re looking for a qualified Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established and forward-thinking manufacturing business in the Kidderminster area. Location: KidderminsterSalary: £52,149 per annum + overtime (earnings up to £60,000+)Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off Days and Nights (6am 6pm / 6pm 6am)The Role: Carry out mechanical maintenance on heavy plant and production equipmentDeliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to breakdownsDiagnose faults across hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systemsPerform bearing fitting and alignmentMaintain high safety and quality standards in a safety-critical environmentContribute to continuous improvement and downtime reductionWork collaboratively within a shift-based engineering team About You:You ll be a mechanically biased engineer with: Level 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)Experience in heavy industry or manufacturing environmentsStrong fault-finding skills across hydraulics, pneumatics and drive systemsExperience with bearing fitting and alignmentArc and MIG welding and basic ..... full job details .....
