Maintenance Engineer (Multi-Skilled) Location: Doncaster area Salary: Up to £46,300 per annum Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Shift Pattern: Weekly rotating shifts: 6:00am 2:00pm (Monday to Friday) 2:00pm 10:00pm (Monday to Friday) 10:00pm 6:00am (Sunday to Thursday) We are currently recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established, fast-paced food manufacturing site in Doncaster. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a professional engineering team within a forward-thinking FMCG environment. The Role As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining, developing, and improving plant machinery and associated services. You will be responsible for ensuring equipment operates efficiently, safely, and in line with quality standards. Key responsibilities include: Carrying out routine and reactive maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, fixtures, and buildings Responding quickly to breakdowns to minimise downtime Completing all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities in line with safe working practices Applying structured fault-finding techniques and root cause analysis Supporting engineering projects, machinery installations, and equipment upgrades Monitoring equipment performance and implementing continuous improvement initiatives Managing and organising spare parts, including sourcing components Maintaining accurate maintenance documentation and records Working closely with production ..... full job details .....
