Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on extrusion lines and associated machinery. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults to minimise downtime. Support equipment installations, commissioning, and continuous improvement projects. Maintain maintenance records and manage spare parts inventory. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including LOTO, PTW, PUWER, COSHH, and RAMS procedures. Candidate Requirements: Engineering apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3/HNC equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Maintenance Engineering. Experience in a manufacturing maintenance role, ideally within plastics, extrusion, process, or similar industries. Strong fault-finding skills across mechanical and electrical systems.
