Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing and Maintenance Engineer to support day-to-day production, equipment maintenance and manufacturing process improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming and validating manufacturing equipment, diagnosing and repairing machinery faults, and developing maintenance programmes to maximise equipment uptime, reliability and efficiency. The Role Support day-to-day manufacturing operations and provide technical support to production. Create, validate and maintain programmes for automated and programmable manufacturing equipment. Carry out first-level maintenance, repairs and fault diagnosis on production equipment. Diagnose machine faults, identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions. Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance activities. Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programmes for new and existing equipment. Support the installation, commissioning, validation and handover of new manufacturing equipment. Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability, uptime and overall efficiency. Establish and improve manufacturing processes throughout the product lifecycle. Use root cause analysis to resolve production and assembly issues. Create and maintain manufacturing and process documentation.
