This senior engineer role will oversee both planned and reactive engineering estate maintenance activities while mentoring engineers and engineering delivery. About the Role: As Senior Engineer for Maintenance, you will supervise and mentor an estates maintenance team delivering mechanical, electrical and HVAC services across various facilities. Your work will directly influence asset performance, service quality and long-term client satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities: Manage a planned and reactive engineering maintenance team across the Midlands region, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery. Implement maintenance plans for mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems to maximise uptime and asset life. Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards, driving a strong safety culture across all maintenance activities. Review and approve technical documentation, maintenance records and reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contractual and regulatory requirements. Mentor, coach and develop maintenance engineers and technicians, setting clear performance expectations and supporting skills development.
