The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for operating and maintaining a viable and effective preventative maintenance programme for the whole site, including the building shell and surrounding grounds under supervision of their line manager. The Role Ensuring that the facility adheres to all engineering compliance standards not putting members or employees at any risk. Monitoring the basic fixtures and fittings of the building are maintained to the highest standards of order and tidiness at all times. Adhering to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of site, keeping up to date and accurate records. Following all Health and Safety policies and reporting any issues or concerns immediately. Maintaining the basement, plant rooms, roof and fire exits to company standards and ensuring all plant and equipment is maintained.
