You will be covering ad-hoc shifts. You will be responsible for keeping production running smoothly within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, while also driving improvements across the site.  This is an excellent opportunity for skilled engineers with a mechanical and electrical background to secure a long-term role in the food manufacturing sector.   Key Responsibilities     Carry out planned preventative maintenance, routine servicing, and reactive repair work on all plant and equipment within the bakery.    Diagnose and resolve both mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime.    Complete accurate written reports on maintenance work carried out, highlighting future requirements.
