Maintenance Engineer

Role: Maintenance EngineerHours: 6-2pm/2-10pm rotating weeklySalary: 20.67/hr PAYE + HolidaysLocation: Commutable from Flint, Deeside, Holywell, Chester, South WirralOur client, a UK leading manufacturer and part of a global multi-national organisation, require a Multi-Skilled biased Maintenance Engineer. Mechanical bias (70/30 mech/elec) is ok with some basic electrical fault-finding skills.This is a contract position that will last for a few monbths, working on 6-2pm and 2-10pm rotating weekly, paying 20.67/hour.The position is based in the Flint area and commutable from South Wirral, Deeside, Wrexham, Chester and Holywell areas.Details:To be considered for the role the following experience/skills is required; Apprentice trained in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, ideally HNC level. Strong manufacturing background in reactive and PPM work. Solid all-round mechanical engineering experience covering things like bearings, shafts, rollers, pneumatics, and other production machinery, coupled with some electrical fault finding skills. The equipment includes Check Weighers, Flow Wrappers, metal detectors, conveyors and cutting machinery. Responsible for maintaining engineering stores and parts and work to continual improvement of the PM system.
