Based primarily at our Great Portland Street property, you will maintain mechanical plant, plumbing systems and associated building services across our London properties. The role covers planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, fault finding, statutory maintenance and refurbishment projects. You will also provide technical support to colleagues, liaise with contractors and suppliers, and deputise for the Facilities Manager when required. The role includes participation in a 1-in-3 out-of-hours emergency on-call rota. Key Responsibilities Mechanical Maintenance Carry out PPM, reactive repairs and refurbishment works. Maintain and repair commercial boiler plant, heating, plumbing and associated mechanical services. Monitor and fault-find on Building Management Systems (BMS). Diagnose and repair plumbing, sanitaryware and drainage faults. Inspect buildings, plant rooms and equipment and identify defects.
