Ensure that production operations maximise output and minimise downtime safely through regular planned maintenance. Respond to unplanned breakdowns in a timely and effective manner, working alongside engineering and production colleagues to minimise disruption. Optimise the performance and lifecycle of operational equipment with regular preventative maintenance, working with the Production team, to identify and understand causes of equipment wear and underperformance. Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns Carry out all work according to Safe Systems of Work, Risk Assessments, SOPs, Dynamic Risk Assessments and company policies and procedures.
