Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Engineer - Perm Days - Mon to Thurs (10 hours per day) This role is responsible for leading maintenance activities across manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives, maintain production equipment, and work collaboratively across teams to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and overall equipment effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Environment, Health, Safety and Sustainability (EHSandS) Ensure all manufacturing and maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with company EHS policies and procedures. Monitor and analyze incidents, near misses, and accidents to drive preventative improvements. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with established regulations. Develop and update risk assessments and safe operating procedures for all maintenance tasks. Quality Assurance Support and monitor quality improvement projects focused on reducing waste, improving efficiency, and resolving internal or customer issues. Ensure all non-conformances are reported and resolved promptly. Implement improvement actions based on continuous improvement reviews and internal audits. Maintain compliance with ISO standards (9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018).
