Following continued growth and investment, they are looking to strengthen their engineering team with an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer to support plant reliability, continuous improvement initiatives and future expansion plans.Salary and Benefits:Starting salary of 34,320 Salary increase to 35,818 after 3 months Further increase to 36,380 after 5 months 1,200 annual shift allowance Overtime opportunities available Join a well-established and growing businessRoles and Responsibilities:Carry out planned preventative maintenance across fixed plant equipment Respond to breakdowns and perform emergency repairs to minimise downtime Install and commission new machinery as required Assist with continuous improvement and maintenance projects across site Ensure high standards of housekeeping are maintained in the workshop and work areas Work both independently and as part of the maintenance team to maximise plant performanceKnowledge, Skills and Experience:Electrical maintenance background Previous experience maintaining industrial plant and machinery Knowledge of conveyors, shredders, granulators, ..... full job details .....
