Respond quickly to breakdowns and issues to maximise machine efficiency , minimise waste and maintain safety. Uphold and improve plant hygiene and housekeeping to the highest standards. Suggest new projects or practices to drive continuous improvement in health & safety, quality and performance. Monitor machinery performance and take proactive measures to prevent downtime. Prioritise routine engineering tasks (breakdowns, servicing, maintenance) in collaboration with the Production and Engineering Managers.
