We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to take real ownership of engineering standards, equipment reliability and continuous improvement within a growing, highly regulated manufacturing environment. This is a visible, hands-on role where you will work closely with Production, leading from the front, setting high standards and bringing people with you. You will not just identify what needs to improve. You will educate, coach and nurture those around you, helping operators understand equipment, take greater ownership and build better ways of working.
