Working on a 4 on 4 off-shift pattern, you will manage planned and reactive maintenance. Your new role You will carry out all aspects of plant maintenance to a planned schedule, seeking solutions where abnormalities occur to prevent a negative impact on production and quality standards. Liaise with the mill production team to address breakdowns or interruptions to production, dealing promptly with any issues and escalate where necessary in order to minimise downtime. Ensure all relevant maintenance records are accurately recorded to ensure legal compliance and to ensure a safe working environment. Assess requirements and co-ordinate with the mill management team to allocate resources to meet changing business and customer needs. Liaise with other operational areas to ensure the efficient flow of information so all internal and external customer requirements are met.
