Maintenance EngineerLiverpool Street£46,000 - £48,000 We are recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join an established facilities management team at a prestigious commercial building in Liverpool Street, London. This is a single-site position offering a competitive salary, Monday-to-Friday working hours and the opportunity to work within a supportive engineering team. The role would suit an electrically or mechanically qualified engineer with a strong background in building maintenance who enjoys a varied, hands-on position. The Role: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across the building. Complete routine site inspections and engineering checks. Respond to reactive maintenance issues, identifying faults and carrying out repairs. Undertake general electrical, mechanical and minor fabric maintenance, including lighting faults, leaks and water-related issues. Manage and supervise specialist subcontractors, ensuring works are completed safely and to the required standard. Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with site procedures. Work closely with the Engineering Manager, Compliance Manager and wider engineering team to maintain the building to a high standard. Participate in a 1-in-4 call-out rota. About You: Electrically or mechanically qualified, with a relevant engineering qualification. Confident carrying out PPM, reactive maintenance and general building services repairs.
