We are currently seeking a talented and versatile engineer to join a highly respected building services provider, working on a brand-new, state-of-the-art commercial property in Heathrow. Our client is renowned for investing in their engineers through continuous training and development, ensuring they are fully supported in their roles and future career growth.

This full-time position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule and involves both planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems. The role also includes handling remedial works and on-site emergencies as needed.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced maintenance engineer with strong expertise in both mechanical and electrical systems to join a forward-thinking team on a flagship site.

Duties:

PPMs and Reactive maintenanceFCUs, VAVs, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, Water Treatment and BMS Operation3 phase and single phase power maintenanceCarry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirementsEnsure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulationsEndorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methodsOrganising subcontractorsCompleting logbooks and RAMSReportsPermits to workRaise and close jobs on PDA''s as necessaryRequirements:

Fully qualified in either Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering - City and Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent)Ability to fault find, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systemsAt least 5 years experience within commercial maintenanceCareer driven and motivatedPolite and personableSalary and Benefits:
