The Role:So, what will you be doing as a Maintenance Engineer ? Provide day-to-day support to operations teams, ensuring process equipment and environmental stress screening (ESS) facilities remain fully operational.Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on process equipment using drawings, schematics, manuals, and circuit diagrams.Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks and ensure equipment is maintained to the highest standards.Maintain and repair process, ESD, and extraction/monitoring equipment.Manage spares packages and external maintenance/breakdown contracts to minimise downtime.Support operators in executing maintenance tasks, offering technical guidance and mentoring junior staff when required.Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules and documentation requirements.
