      <description>Location: Bloomsbury | Salary: 25.00-25.00 Hourly | Type: Contract | Job Title: Maintenance EngineerLocation: LondonContract Rate: Up to 26.00 Self Employed Job Type: Contract leading to potential Full-Time position Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance tasks unsupervisedDiagnose and repair faults on electrical and mechanical building systemsEnsure all work is completed to high standards and in line with health and safety regulationsWork on the following systems and equipment:HVAC systems and AHUsLighting systems (testing, repairs)Fire alarms and emergency lightingWater temperature testing (L8 compliance)Pumps, motors, actuators, and generators3-phase power supply and UPS systemsBasic awareness of heating systems (pipework, heat exchangers)Requirements  Minimum 3 years experience in building services or facilities maintenance  City and Guilds Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical  17th or 18th Edition (preferred)  Strong fault-finding skills  Good communication and interpersonal skills - client-facing role  Able to work independently and manage own workload This is a excellent long term role with a first class client in a central London location.</description>
