The role involves responding to both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdowns across a range of food production equipment, including conveyors, wash tank pumps, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, control panels and safety circuits. Engineers will be expected to be skilled in fault-finding, maintaining accurate shift logs via a CMMS as well as basic knowledge of PLCs (Mitsubishi, Siemens etc ) The facility champions a culture of empowerment and technical excellence, where engineers are trusted to make decisions and contribute meaningfully to operational success.
