      <description>Location: Walsall Wood | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | Electrical Maintenance Engineer    Location-  Walsall      Contract type -  Permanent  We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our Engineering team and play a key role in maintaining plant performance, supporting continuous improvement and ensuring machinery operates safely and efficiently.   What you will do    Carry out planned maintenance and complete essential repairs to keep the factory operating effectively  Provide electrical maintenance cover with fast and efficient response to plant breakdowns across the site  Support ongoing process improvement by developing new ideas and better solutions  Communicate clearly with colleagues and production teams to help diagnose and resolve faults quickly  Contribute to the development and implementation of IMS and CMMS systems  Apply TPM tools and techniques to drive continuous improvement throughout the factory  Maintain world class housekeeping standards using 5S principles  Report to the Engineering Team Leader and ensure all maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard    What you will bring    A recognised Engineering Apprenticeship or Level 3 Electrical qualification (Advanced Apprenticeship,...</description>
