Multi-Skilled Maintenance EngineerLocation: NorthamptonSalary: 56,500 per annumShift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off days and nightsWe are looking for a motivated and technically strong Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a busy, highly automated warehouse and distribution operation in Northampton.This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced environment where engineering reliability is critical to keeping operations running efficiently. You will play a key role in maintaining, fault-finding and improving automated materials handling and distribution systems, minimising downtime and maximising equipment performance.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across automated warehouse equipment and systems.Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults to minimise operational downtime.Support the maintenance of conveyor systems, automated handling equipment, motors, drives, sensors and associated machinery.Respond to breakdowns, identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective actions.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health and safety procedures and site standards.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report recurring faults.The Ideal CandidateExperience in a multi-skilled maintenance engineering role within an industrial, manufacturing, logistics or distribution ..... full job details .....
