Performance Objectives Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and carry out repairs safely and efficiently. Complete maintenance reports and documentation accurately within required timescales. Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of the Engineering department. Help achieve Engineering KPIs and operational targets. Participate in both planned and reactive maintenance programmes. Assist with the development and full utilisation of the CMMS system. Mentor and support fellow team members where required. Build and maintain strong working relationships with Production and other support departments. Ensure compliance with all company procedures, Health & Safety regulations, and Food Hygiene standards.
