Maintenance Engineer - Electrical biasMonday - Friday, plus on-call rotaFully qualified electrician/HNC Electrical Engineering.Role Duties:Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs on machinery in a factory environment.Respond to equipment faults by doing routine checks.Diagnose breakdown problems.Order and fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly.Carry out quality inspections on jobs.Arrange specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings, or components.Control maintenance tools, stores, and equipment, and monitor maintenance costs.Work collaboratively with the Engineering Manager and Factory Management to improve on-site health and safety.Ensure clear updates and communications with Engineering Manager and Head of Maintenance and Engineering.Key Skills:Fully qualified electrician/HNC Electrical Engineering.18th Edition Wiring Regulations - RequiredPrevious engineering experience within food production preferredAbility to prioritise and organize workloadSupport maintenance assistantAbility to carry out planned works alongside breakdownsEfficient time management under pressureExcellent communication skillsTeam playerFlexibility to work unsociable ..... full job details .....
