Multi-Skilled Maintenance EngineerWe are looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a fully automated warehouse environment, supporting the maintenance and reliability of a highly automated materials handling system.The site operates a range of automated equipment, including pallet conveyors, lifters, cranes and monorail systems, with the successful candidate responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to keep the operation running efficiently.This is a hands-on engineering role suited to an experienced multi-skilled engineer with an electrical bias who is comfortable fault-finding on automated equipment and working in a fast-paced operational environment.Shift PatternThe role operates on a rotating 3-week shift pattern:Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pmWeek 2: 7:00am - 3:00pmWeek 3: 2:00pm - 10:00pmNo night shifts2 Saturdays per month, paid as overtimeKey ResponsibilitiesCarry out servicing and maintenance of AMHE and automated warehouse equipment in line with manufacturer and company standards.Complete planned and scheduled repairs in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and industry best practice.Diagnose and prioritise system faults to minimise downtime and maintain continuous product flow.Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical and automated systems.Fault-find on PLC-controlled equipment.Accurately record all maintenance activity, faults, repairs and work completed.Ensure maintenance activities are properly ..... full job details .....
