Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our well established client. The successful applicant will be carrying out reactive and proactive maintenance to all site plant and equipment, resolving equipment failures and carrying out planned and unplanned engineering tasks in a responsive and effective manner. Responsibilities: Working safely at all times, escalating issues that present a hazard to yourself or others including all persons on site or members of the public. Following company / local site rules and adherence to company values. Respond to breakdowns, systematically find faults, identify root cause and then implement solutions to prevent recurrence. Carry out planned maintenance and identify continuous improvements to increase equipment efficiency. Work with production, support groups and suppliers to implement improvement opportunities to increase equipment efficiency and safety and reduce engineering downtime. Identify and implement improvements to equipment to increase process robustness and reliability. Complete documentation to record completed individual tasks and plan departmental workload using the site CMMS. Qualifications and Skills: Pneumatics, hydraulics demonstrable on the job experience is a requirement. Experience ..... full job details .....
