About the Role As a key part of the engineering team at a well-invested site, as maintenance engineer your responsibilities will include: Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the site to minimise downtime and improve reliability. Prioritising and responding quickly to breakdowns. Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives using RCA techniques. Supporting various CI, equipment upgrade, and Capex projects. Developing strong working relationships with the rest of the engineering team and colleagues in production.
