Maintenance Engineer (DAYS)

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the Bromborough area, are looking for a Maintenance Engineer on days, working 8.45am - 5pm. The salary for the role is 45,000 p.a.They are open to either mechanical or electrical bias, as long as you have a solid manufacturing background and strong fault finding capabilities.You must be apprentice trained in either mechanical or electrical disciplines.DUTIES: Fixing machine faults occurring as part of the normal shift activity. Carrying out preventative electrical or mechanical maintenance activities and routine safety inspections. Fault finding and diagnostics in reactive breakdown or planned situations. Planned preventative maintenance on a variety of production machinery and site services. Ensure all breakdowns are dealt with promptly and efficiently whilst ensuring that all PPM schedules are maintained. Support project development. Follow and encourage stringent HSE and standard company practices.
