Are you a Maintenance Engineer or similar looking for a stable, days-based manufacturing role where you''ll be responsible for PPM, breakdown support and keeping machinery running reliably?

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established UK manufacturer in a permanent, site-based maintenance position. You''ll have flexible start/finish times across a 40-hour week, with the backing to support further learning where it adds value.

The business is a specialist in plastic extrusion manufacturing, supplying engineered profile products into a range of markets. They focus on quality and continuous improvement, so maintenance is genuinely valued and you''ll be trusted to take ownership of reliability and downtime reduction.

You''ll be responsible for planned preventative maintenance, breakdown response and root-cause led improvements across extrusion lines and associated auxiliary equipment on site in Droitwich.

This role suits a Maintenance Engineer who wants long-term stability and a hands-on days role, with the chance to grow responsibility over time.

The Role:

• PPM, breakdown response and reliability improvements on extrusion machinery and auxiliary equipment
• Mechanical maintenance with electrical troubleshooting as required to minimise downtime
• Days role, 40 hours per week with flexible start/finish times (site based)

The Person:

• Maintenance Engineer from a manufacturing / machinery background
• Mechanical bias or mutliskilled
