This role provides the opportunity to gain hands-on experience maintaining injection moulding machinery and associated ancillary equipment, while supporting efficient production operations.The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing equipment faults, carrying out preventative maintenance, and ensuring machinery operates safely and reliably with minimal disruption to production.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned and reactive maintenance on injection moulding machines and ancillary equipment.Diagnose faults and complete repairs in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.Minimise production downtime by responding promptly to maintenance requirements.Work collaboratively with production teams to support smooth manufacturing operations.Complete maintenance records, risk assessments, and required documentation accurately.Follow company procedures, health and safety policies, and safe working practices at all times.Identify opportunities for improving equipment reliability and maintenance processes.Skills and Experience RequiredRelevant engineering qualification, such as a City and Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, or general engineering.Previous experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment.Good understanding of mechanical ..... full job details .....
