A well-established manufacturing business is looking to add an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to their team at a busy production site in West Bromwich.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident working across a range of machinery and site equipment, supporting both reactive and planned maintenance as well as ongoing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and repair of manufacturing machinery, including liquid filling machines and press rollers
• Reactive breakdown support and planned preventative maintenance
• General facilities maintenance across site
• Supporting process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reliability
• Working closely with the site electrician to resolve faults and keep production running

What We''re Looking For:

• Strong mechanical maintenance background within manufacturing
• Confident fault finding and problem solving across a range of machinery
• Experience with filling machinery or similar process equipment is advantageous
• A self-sufficient engineer who can take ownership of issues and see them through
• Someone experienced and reliable, comfortable working in a standalone capacity alongside an electrician
