Multi-Skilled Maintenance EngineerMornings or Mid Shift Daventry 49,000 We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a leading food manufacturing company. This is a hands-on role in a busy production environment, with two shifts available: 05:30 - 14:00 and 10:30 - 19:00. You will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, helping to ensure production runs efficiently and safely.Skills / DutiesCarry out reactive, preventative, and corrective maintenance across machinery and plant equipmentTroubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system faultsSupport installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement projectsMaintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety proceduresWork closely with production and engineering teams to minimise downtimeEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and food industry standardsQualifications / ExperienceProven experience in multi-skilled maintenance within a manufacturing environment, preferably food productionStrong mechanical, electrical, and fault-finding skillsExperience with PLCs, conveyors, packaging machinery, and production line equipment is advantageousAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexible and proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environmentTo apply, send your CV to Cameron Stevens or call (phone number removed) for a confidential chat. ..... full job details .....
