Maintenance Engineer

As part of the site engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining production equipment and ensuring maximum plant availability across the facility.

Responsibilities include:

• Reactive and planned preventative maintenance across production machinery
• Electrical and mechanical fault finding on manufacturing equipment
• Supporting small engineering projects and plant improvements
• Working with automated processing equipment and site services
• Contributing to continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
• Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained at all times

The Engineer

We are looking for engineers who are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and who take pride in keeping production running efficiently.

You will ideally have:

• Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food production, or a similar environment
• Multi-skilled engineering capability (electrical or mechanical bias considered)
• Experience fault finding on production machinery
• A relevant engineering qualification or apprenticeship
• Strong problem solving ability and proactive mindset

12-hour shifts covering days and nights

Average of approximately 42 hours per week
