Multiskilled Engineer-

location in between Boston and Skegness-

-53,500 per year,

This role would be working 4 on 4 off, rotating days and nights (7-7).-

22.5 days holiday (including bank holidays)

It is an hourly paid role that equates to -49,500 per year,

We have quite a remote location in between Boston and Skegness, so transport availability and awareness of the location is key.

- Diagnose and Repair: Take the lead on fault diagnosis and breakdown repairs across our plant.

- Perform Planned Maintenance: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PM), modifications, installations, and equipment upgrade to keep everything running smoothly.

- Process Improvement: Continuously improve our production processes, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency using various tools including CMMS and OEE systems.

- Multidisciplinary Work: Operate across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and steam systems as needed to deliver solutions.

- Hands-on Project Involvement: Contribute to exciting project work, including installation and commissioning of new equipment, while supporting initiatives to improve plant design.

- Coach & Support: Share your expertise by coaching team members and colleagues, driving a culture of shared maintenance knowledge and high standards
