Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer to ensure the optimal operation, reliability, and safety of our equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within our operations.

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections and perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery, systems, and infrastructure.

• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and carry out repairs in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime.

• Maintain detailed maintenance records, including service reports, repair logs, and inventory usage.

• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.

• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production, safety, quality) to ensure equipment meets operational and safety standards.

• Identify opportunities for improving equipment performance and reliability through upgrades or process improvements.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Support the development and implementation of maintenance strategies and procedures.

• Source spare parts and manage inventory levels for critical equipment.

• Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed, including outside of regular working hours.
