Maintenance Engineer

Madisons Recruitment are looking for a Maintenance Operative on a perm contract in London, Kent, Surry - Orpington

You will be joining a lwell established company covering the above areas as mentioneed contributing to the maintenance of various units and projects.

Responsibilities

• Snagging & repairs of a live care home units
• Fire alarm testing
• Emergency Light Testing
• HVAC Servicing
• Water Treatment Tasks
• Gas Boiler Checks 
• Carpentry knowledge 
• All round skills
• Maintain log book compliance on site
• Complete RAMs and H&S inspections
• Maintain log book compliance on site

Requirements

• Can do attitude
• Experience and qualified in multiple areas
• Open and willing to work on multiple requirements throughout each day
• DBS Required
• Weekened availability 
• Monday to Friday + Overtime
• MS Office & good overall standard of I.T literacy
• Trade or Engineering Qualifications.
