Maintenance Engineer

We''re recruiting on behalf of our client, based in the Ilkeston area. This business are a leading manufacturing and processing business that have multiple UK sites. This role is based at a site that is fast paced and varied. If you''re looking to join a business that invests and progresses their people then this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

The Person:

• NVQ level 3 Trained (Apprenticeship).
• Have worked as a: Maintenance Engineer, Multiskilled Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Shift Engineer, Multiskilled Electrician or Maintenance Electrician before.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or processing environment.

The Role:

• Planned Preventative Maintenance.
• Electrical and Mechanical maintenance of all plant machinery.-
• Installation / project work.
• Breakdown cover / Reactive Maintenance.
• Input data to CMMS system / Fill out job sheets for the planner.-
• Adhere to site health and safety.-
• Liaise with production to ensure machinery faults are correctly reported.-
• Take part in site shut down activities.-
