Location: Leamington Spa
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Working Hours: Day Shifts (37.5 hours/week, Monday - Friday)
Job Type: Permanent

Are you a proactive and skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a stable, days-based role within a fast-paced, automated production environment?

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our engineering team in Leamington Spa. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a modern facility where you''ll be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance to support continuous, efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer 

• Respond promptly to breakdowns, ensuring swift resolution and effective handovers

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) as per schedule

• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and control system faults across production lines

• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives

What Were Looking For:

• Electrical background with mechanical competence

• Experience in an industrial maintenance environment

• Ability to interpret technical drawings (PLC, electrical, pneumatic, mechanical)

• Excellent communication, time management, and decision-making skills

• Valid UK driving licence
