Maintenance Engineer

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a west established family run Facilities and Maintenance business who are looking to hire a general maintenance engineer to work on their high end residential property in Stratford within walking distance to the station.-

The role is a Monday to Friday position 08:00 - 17:00 and you will be carrying out general PPM''s through out the site.-

Duties:

• General PPM''s
• Emergency light testing
• Fire alarm testing-
• Basic plumbing (blockages, leaks etc)
• Lamping
• AHU''s and FCU''s
• Fabric works when required-

Requirements

• Experience in a maintenance role
• Client facing
• A recognised technical qualification-
• 18th Edition (desirable)

This will be a quick turnaround with the client looking to interview asap.-
