You’ll be hands-on, solving mechanical and electrical faults, driving preventative maintenance and helping us continuously improve how we operate. What you'll be doing •  Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across production equipment and site services. •  Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical breakdowns to minimise downtime. •  Use root cause analysis to prevent recurring faults and improve equipment reliability. •  Support installations, modifications and improvement projects. •  Maintain accurate engineering records and ensure work meets H&S, GMP, Quality and BRC standards. •  Work closely with Production, Quality and Operations to keep performance on track. •  Identify opportunities to reduce downtime, waste, energy use and maintenance costs. •  Maintain high standards of 5S, housekeeping and engineering best practice.
