Maintenance Engineer

We are recruiting an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join the team located in Aberdeen!The Role:Perform preventative and reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, and implement effective repairs across all building services systems.Weekly PPMs such as fire alarm tests, emergency light tests and hazard checks.Repairs floor and wall coverings.Responsible for other building maintenance and installation works as required.Accountable for lighting, general lamp changes, Filter Changes AHU''s / FCU''s and Basic Plumbing requirementsProvide excellent customer service, respond to requests, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.Oversee and liaise with contractors across site.Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment logs.Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, conduct inspections, and maintain accurate records of compliance.
