Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Arnold, Nottingham
Salary: £45,000 Basic + OTE £55,000+
Shift Pattern: Days 8:00am – 4:30pm

We are recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a market-leading manufacturer at their modern, highly automated Leicester facility.

What You''ll Be Doing

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you''ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of a wide range of automated production equipment, including:

  • Automated production machinery
  • Conveyors and material handling systems
  • Presses and manufacturing equipment
  • Robotics and automated systems
  • Electrical and mechanical plant equipment

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to equipment breakdowns and carrying out fault finding
  • Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
  • Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults
  • Working on 3-phase systems, motors, sensors and control equipment
  • Supporting continuous improvement and reliability projects
  • Contributing to the safe and efficient operation of the site

What We''re Looking For

We''re looking for a positive team player who enjoys working within a collaborative maintenance environment and is keen to develop their skills.

Essential Requirements:

  • Engineering qualification at Level 3 or above (Electrical or Multi-Skilled)
  • Previous maintenance engineering experience within a manufacturing, production or industrial environment
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
